3. Client Responsibilities

- Grant necessary access to existing website accounts and assets
- Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables
- Ensure all content provided to Mcxdee does not infringe on third-party rights
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. All payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables, including website design files and code. Mcxdee retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
For one-time projects, cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed. Monthly retainer plans can be cancelled at any time with no long-term commitment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mcxdee shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
